Sizes can differ for each product depending on the colour and type. For this reason, sizes can vary up to 3 cm in width and length.
We accepts payments through iDEAL (Netherlands), Apple Pay or Credit Card.
We ship to the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain. Free shipping is available for all orders within the Netherlands. Shipping to the countries outside the Netherlands incurs a fee between €9,99 – €14,99 depending on the country. For precise shipping rates within EU countries, you can enter your country at the checkout page to determine the exact shipping costs.

Returning a product is always possible, when requesting a return, make sure to mind the following information.
Please note that shipping cost are at your own expense. You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel. To return your order, follow the steps below:
- Start the return process by emailing us at info@bynati.nl. Please provide your order number, full name, the item you wish to return, and specify the product’s color and size.
- We’ll review your request and generate a return label. You will receive the return label via email, so please ensure that your email address is correctly registered
- Pack your items in the original packaging or sturdy box
- Take the package to a parcel shop and place the returnlabel on top of the old label
- Save the tracking details for possible investigation of missing parcel
- Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund
- You’ll receive a notification when your refund is processed
All goods are inspected upon return and should be clean and unworn.
For your own convenience, and ours, please return the product in the shipping box you’ve received them in or use another sturdy box to make sure we receive the goods in optimal condition. We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.
Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days. Be aware that it might take up to 10 calendar days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will issue a refund through our system within 14 calendar days. Any returns that do not comply with the aforementioned may be denied at the discretion of Nati.
