ORDERS

Once you’ve paid for your order, we can’t make any changes unfortunately. This, because we’re already processing the order. If you want to add more products, please create a new order.

If you’d like to cancel, you can return your order to us after it’s been delivered.

Kindly check your junk e-mail or spam folder, maybe the conformation message will be there.

If you can’t find the confirmation message there, please send us an email to info@bynati.nl. Please use the same email address you used for placing the order. We are happy to help you.

We’re sorry to hear that the product arrived damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can return the item like you normally would. See more information in the return section. Please include a clear photo of the damaged product when you request the return. The return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us.

SHIPPING

Once you’ve paid for your order, you can’t make any changes unfortunately. This, because we’re already processing the order. 

We’ll send you an email with the tracking information. Use the tracking information to get your package when it arrives or change the delivery location to a pickup point.

If you can’t get the package where it’s supposed to be delivered, email us at info@bynati.nl. We’ll help you find a solution together. 

Yes, after you placed your  order we will ship your product as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking information. 

We do our best to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. After the carrier received the package, you will get an email with the Track & Trace code. 

Please note that the delivery time is normally a maximum of 7 working days. 

RETURNS

To return your order, follow the steps below:

  1. Start the return process by emailing us at info@bynati.nl. Please provide your order number, full name, the item you wish to return, and specify the product’s color and size.
  2. We’ll review your request and generate a return label
  3. Pack your items in the original packaging
  4. Take the package to a parcel shop and place the returnlabel on top of the old label
  5. Save the tracking details for possible investigation of missing parcel
  6. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund
  7. You’ll receive a notification when your refund is processed

All goods are inspected upon return and should be clean and unworn.

For your own convenience, and ours, please return the product in the shipping box you’ve received them in or use another sturdy box to make sure we receive the goods in optimal condition. We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.

Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.

We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days. Be aware that it might take up to 10 calendar days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will issue a refund through our system within 14 calendar days. Any returns that do not comply with the aforementioned may be denied at the discretion of Nati.

You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel.
